Industry Setting – Ambulimo is in a market that is saturated with inadequate ambulance service providers due to a near non-existent bar of entry in Philadelphia, PA.Challenge – The owners of the yet to be named Ambulimo had frustrations with the lack of distinction of ambulance service providers. The owners, being well experienced in the industry identified the need for “inspiration through experience.” Up to this point non-emergency patients were being transported for treatments with the same under delivered handling and care emergency patients received.
Strategy – Our strategy was to create a name that was original and could be protected to insure national expansion. Then position the visual identity and ambulance experience to reflect a high-end chaffered transportation. After the foundation of the brand was established we put a ROI Campaign in place to influence social workers to start the buzz.
Result – Since the few short weeks from Ambulimo’s release, the markets response has been overwhelmly positive. We are projecting a 25% grasp on the Philadelphia market within 12 months.
