Challenge: An upscale Christian owned restaurant needed to open with a bang to attract the summer tourist yet develop a loyal following among year-round residents in a crowded gourmet market.

Strategy: Design a fully integrated brand from logo to menu to interior walls as well as a marketing strategy to promote buzz in order to ensure this New American restaurant attracts patrons who it can win over to devoted regulars.

Result: Pre-opening interest was generated among area foodies and the restaurant enjoyed steadily growing business. After only four weeks, reservations for the most highly coveted dinner hours on Saturday nights are booked more than 2 months in advance. While initially planning to be able to service walk-ins as well as the reservation crowd, the restaurant is so busy reservations are an absolute must for evening dining.
