Challenge:Named “Cottage Interiors,” the interior design company specializing in residential interiors wanted to reach a more affluent market segment and get out of the positioning trap the name placed them in.

Strategy: Rename the company to convey the feel of personal service and customization delivered while taking focus off of a single style of decorating.

Result: The new brand has promoted expansion into additional services and has drawn clients in the targeted segment, including an executive for a Major League Baseball team.
