Industry Setting – Southern New Jersey is well known to the foodie community for raising the bar of both experience and taste. It’s near impossible for an ordinary restaurant to make it in this crowded gourmet market.

Challenge – The challenge is to quickly catch the eye of the food reporters in hopes of a chance to wow them for a great review.

Strategy – Create an experience to attract the summer tourist yet develop a loyal following among year-round residents.

Result – Within four weeks of opening, reservations for weekend dinner hours were booked more than two months in advance. In under a year the restaurant broke it's lease for a bigger location. Manna was also selected as one of the Top 100 Brand Strategies in the world for 2008 by ReBrand.
